I went in for a haircut this morning around 10:30-11:00 and got a haircut. When I got my neck lined up the clippers felt very sharp and painful. Hours later and my neck is still red, and feels like a burn. Similar to a carpet burn! I understand having some redness for a bit, but this hurts so bad that even taking a shower stings my neck.
Update: I got a phone call from a manager, and she was very polite and concerned about what happened. I will be back.
