My daughter was heading back to college after Thanksgiving break and we discovered a screw in her rear tire. It was 5pm on a Sat night. We stopped by Les Schwab to see if they could help, even though they were closing. They happily took care of the repair in spite of being closed and got her on her way. They even did the repair free of charge. I've had a similar experience previously with Les Schwab and really appreciate their support of those in their community. Thank you to the service manager that evening.

Literally the best car care experience I’ve ever had. The place is always clean, smells good, they’re very knowledgeable, kind and go the extra mile to take care of you. I’ll always be a Les Schwab customer.

We had our low tire sensor go off on our car and we dropped by Les Schwab to have them check it out. Even though it was a busy time we were met quite quickly and they took care of what ultimately was a screw in our tire.Even more amazing was they didn’t charge us for a fix even though we didn’t buy the tires there! I will for sure be going back!Note for all those other tire centers out there-great customer service will win you customers. Take note Saratoga Springs-Les Schwab is setting a new gold standard for customer service!
