I needed one small part welded for my truck exaust.They immediately took the part to the back and welded it. It took only about twenty minutes, but they took a time out of their day and immediately worked on my part. I intended on paying for it, but they just gave it back to me at no charge. They were very friendly and accommodating. I plan ongoing back there when I need more service options

I needed an oil change. They also did rotate my tires, did an alignment, topped off my windshield fluid and had me out the door in about 45 min or less. Big O has always been great and very thorough every time I have taken my car in. I wouldn’t take my car to anyone else!
