I have always used Wards carpet they have done many jobs for me. Commercial and residential, I cannot recommend them. With a higher rating, I think they always do a 5 star job. They're honest. They are reasonably priced. They are meticulous with the install. What more could you want?

This is a small business that is a treasure. If you need carpet, this is your store! Their prices are incredible, but more than that, their staff is amazing. They were so helpful and when we ran into a conflict, it was quickly resolved. They were no hiccups in the delivery and installation. They were professional fast and the carpet is Primo. I’m recommending them to everyone I know who needs flooring. And I will 100% be back.

Outstanding! Down to earth. Honest. So helpful. Helped us with all our questions and found ways to work with our budget and ensure we got something we liked. Highly recommended. Best customer service from Steve I’ve ever had nationwide. Steve went the extra mile with a sincere smile the whole time. I’ve bought from him twice and will keeping coming back knowing he cares and will take care of me.
