Not only do they do a great job, but the customer service is amazing and they get you laundry back quickly. I have used them for over 10 years.
Maddie greeted me upon entering the location. She was pleasant, helpful and professional. She gathered my freshly dry cleaned items and processed my payment fast and efficiently. I had gone to Tide Dry Cleaners and had a terrible experience. There were two young ladies at Tide that were speaking to each other in Spanish and using profanity in Spanish and ignoring customers so they could chat between themselves. Very rude. So I'm so glad I found Trailside Dry Cleaners and their wonderful employee Maddie!!! Thank you Maddie for a great experience!!!
Seemingly quality work. Excellent customer service.I went here to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. There was some miscommunication over the service that I requested and the price I was given. Fortunately, Aaliyah was very professional and accommodating. She explained that they have new employees (which likely accidentally messed up the service and quote) and she applied a coupon to assist with the price. I am always grateful to good customer service. Thank you!
