South Valley Creative Dance

Jan 2025

i am grateful for Nick and the adult dance class this winter. It is a safe space to move, learn and enjoy my body even though I haven't danced for many years.

We went to a Creative Movement workshop here with my 2 and 4 yr olds and had a great experience! The instructor was very skilled at what she does- she let the kids warm up to the space, led them through different activities, and know how to peacefully guide that age group. I loved seeing my girls learn to follow in a group setting and get to move in different ways!
