Amazing customer service! We ordered flowers for a friend that was in the hospital, to be delivered the next morning; she was released 3 days earlier than planned, missing her delivery. This shop contacted me to let me know, but since the friend was already home in Elko, NV, there was not another address for them to deliver to. Instead, I asked if they could deliver to someone else and they did not even hesitate. No extra charge. They were thoughtful throughout the entire process and we would absolutely recommend them. From now on, this will be our go to florist. We really cannot say enough about them and how amazing it was to find a shop that was understanding and so willing to make adjustments. Thank you!
