Doug was super responsive via text and answered several of our questions without ever visiting. When we finally needed some assistance on site, he came the same day and fixed our issues promptly. He asked questions, listened carefully, and tackled the problems step by step to diagnose our electrical issues. Our 12v system (lights, fridge, fans) flickered or even turned off every time we stepped inside the RV. Turned out to be a simple fix with a broken battery disconnect but something we never would have thought to check. We needed the chip replaced in our domestic refrigerator while on a trip to park city. Was able to communicate well with Doug to get it all fixed. He came to our spot all the way from Salt Lake City. :) He even explained what a panel was I was confused about and fixed the fridge perfectly.
Call him. Doug was clear on what he can do and can't gave me a referral to get my camera installed, gave me good advice on battery problems, and help even before becoming a customer. Thank you. I'll call again. Determined to find this guy something to work on on my RV after Camping World, and Recreational RV both were terrible.
