When we were in a crunch because our other cabinet company ordered the wrong size cabinet and refused to replace it with the correct size, Jordan stepped up to the plate and not only solved our problem by being willing to sell us his only piece in the size we needed, but he went up and beyond and traded us the correct size for the one we received in the wrong size. And he wasn't even the one who we had bought the cabinets from in the first place. I will never go anywhere else and will highly recommend them for the way they do business with integrity and caring about taking care of the individual rather than the all mightly dollar!!!! From first contact, to design, to order changes and additions, to delivery, to warranty service, to installation and use, this company was a pleasure to do business with. Cabinets are good quality and simple to install. Joel Tinker was especially helpful throughout the process. We have recommended this company to our friends, our local contractors, and to our online community of friends who are contractors or building their own home. Highly recommended!
Ok so I ordered some cabinets early this yesr. They’re are great. Half the items were forgotten in the order so I had to work back and forth a lot with Skyler to get them delivered. Done. The cabinets are beautiful so I reach out to both the company and Skyler directly to order more and they ghosted me. I want to order more cabinets and I literally can’t do it because Skyler doesn’t follow through and they won’t give me someone else to work with. Again, beautiful cabinets, mediocre service.
