We’ve used Precision Pools for 3 or 4 years and they’ve been reliable and professional every time. We’ve had our pool for about 15 years and there have been multiple issues with it every year. While other companies have taken weeks or months to get to us and give incomplete service or disappear after a repair, Precision comes within a reasonable timeframe and sticks with the troubleshooting until the real source of the problem is identified and competently resolved. Parts and service are expensive, but no higher than anywhere else. It is what it is, but finding someone who does a good job and stands by their work is worth the cost.

I’ve been working with this company for 3 years now and I have yet to be disappointed. Every time I have a problem they are quick to solve them. They are really knowledgeable and always are teaching me the best way to help take care of my pool. Paul, Blake, Steve and Bryce try really hard to make working with them an easy process. Whether is just checking my chemicals or advice for ways to prolong my pools health, they always are there to help. Thanks guys.

We just moved into a house with a inground pool, and I was clueless on what to do with it. Paul is the most excellent pool guy on the planet! I love that he comes and tells me what I can do to maintain my own pool, and he even let me video his instructions for future reference. When I have to go into the shop, Dave is so friendly and helpful. I feel like family with precision pools!
