I have now had Hector do the orthopedist ordered rehab for 2 rotator cuff repairs. My recoveries have been awesome. If you are an athlete and need help with injuries Hector is awesome, he works with your doctor and monitors your progress closely.

There are not enough good things to say about Phoenix PI and Hector. I did a training camp at Phoenix and not only did I get stronger, I also had so much fun doing hard things. I love working with Hector. He has a way of lifting you up when you are not feeling confident. I appreciate him and his wife, Lauren, very much. They are good people and always do their best to create a positive environment.

Hector Rodas is a miracle worker. He’s the only person I trust to handle my recovery needs. I had a bad car accident that caused me to have knee surgery. He got me back to training 2 months ahead of schedule. I highly recommend you work with him.
