when we purchased a new home with a seriously old furnace, 32 years old, one stop saved the day gave us a great deal and got us sorted so fast. 2 years later they're still incredible, when a leak had developed around the flue and caused the unit to short, they came out next day and fixed the problem and even brought space heaters to help warm the house up a bit from the cold night prior. this company goes above and beyond for its customers and I cannot recommend them enough. anytime any of my friends and neighbors have issues with HVAC or heating I tell them to call one stop because they are on top of it!
Jeff and Meiko came in and did a thorough job. They were extremely courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell that they really care about the customer and customer satisfaction. That is hard to find in a company these days.
Matt C. was good. He didn’t judge (or at least I think) when I asked him if it was okay for me to play music while my daughter and I had a dance party. Was nice to talk to. Went an extra mile to check my a/c; even though all needed to be done was my heater needed yearly maintenance.
