Communication with this location is horrible. They never answer the phone and whenever I walk in, the receptionist is always either talking to someone on her cell, watching TV on her laptop or has a friend there. I tried to cancel my membership but I still had a credit. If I wanted to cancel but still use my credit I would have to pay an extra $30. I have still been trying to cancel because I can't afford it right now and most of my massages there have been so bad.

There is no formal way of contacting the company. But this is my 3rd incident with this company and their blatant disregard for the their customers. I set an appointment 1 time and with in ten min I had to cancel. They charge me.
Two times now I show up for an appointment and taking 30-40 min out of my time and each time something “happens to the schedule”
They have no way of filing formal complaints! All their locations have this issue!

Received a gift card from my employer and in order to schedule an appointment I have to give them a credit card!!! What bullshit this is!!! It wasn’t cheap for them to purchase either and now I have to have them get a refund because I won’t do business won’t a company like this!!!
