I’ve been pleasantly surprised with this franchise. I’m a true skeptic and struggle with trust. But there’s some solid management and therapists working at some of these Massage Envy’s.
I thought the management was refreshingly professional and actually more down to earth than some clinics or spas that weren’t franchised.
Thank you for restoring my faith in what I originally thought was just a McDonalds type franchise.
