Therapist, Angela, was a no show. Receptionist said they "didnt know where she was." Traveled an hour for the appointment and the only accommodation offered was to return the 90 minutes to my account. If the customer is a no show, they are still billed. Will not book another appointment with Angela nor this location.
The gal answering the phone on 1-22 around 11am was extremely rude, has an attitude, argumentative and doesn't belong answering phones. Your establishment messed up my appointment, not me and all she wanted to do was argue instead of trying to make it right and had the nerve to hang up on me. I'll be cancelling membership for this location and it's affiliates and take my business elsewhere.
I have really enjoyed this location more than all the rest. It is clean, the staff is kind and professional. And every message I have had is incredible. I would book at this location over the rest they are amazing!
