Main Street replaced a furnace and thermostat. They were there when they said be, (the next day), explained the process and worked independently. Their communication, directly, and through their office was outstanding. I would use them again, and again for any HVAC needs.
I have been struggling with a temperamental furnace for a few years. I have had a few different service companies come out and work on it. It always stopped working within a few days. I was discouraged and frustrated. I called late last Thursday afternoon. The receptionist was professional & helpful. She spoke to Brent and he called me back that evening, came out Friday and trouble shot the problem. Got my furnace working and now I am not freezing during these early winter temperatures. I was relieved to work with someone who could critically think and figure out what the underlying problem was .. thermostat. Thanks Brent! Like I say, “You warmed not just my house, you warmed my heart.”
I called and they answered immediately and had an appointment open for the next morning! They were so nice and professional on the phone and in person. My tech was AMANDA, and she not only fixed my problem but educated me on a few things as well. She was in an out with my furnace running top notch within an hour, and ensured me that if anything went wrong tonight she’d be back out as soon as possible. Even though I won’t need her, it was comforting as it’s January so temps are pretty low. Oh, and I also wanted to comment on how friendly she was and respectful. She put on her blue shoe booties when she came in my house and just went the extra mile. I am really glad I called Main Street, and you’re in my contacts for next time too! Thank you!
