This is a good place. I follow Jen and her new place is nice. Great service and friendly people. Everyone needs a good pedicure. But yes if you want good service just tell them what you want. Don't just sit there.
The place was almost empty- I heard they are under new management so they need to build up clientele.
Jen gave me a perfect estimate of the time for the work to be done and Tran did great work, spending time as needed on my difficult cuticles on hands and feet. It was very relaxing. I also had some waxing done, which went well.
The new management is wonderful. Jen is the manager and she is very helpful and does everything to please her clients. My last manicure lasted closed to 5 weeks. I love this new team. Come and support them.
