We purchased our Home in West Jordan 2 years ago. We were having problems with our AC unit freezing up. Had a couple different companies come out and look at it not knowing exactly what was wrong with it. After getting quotes for thousands of dollars to fix a problem they couldn’t find, I then sent the warranty department an email. I got a phone call from Mike with in minutes of sending the email. I have worked with Mike and the warranty department a few times and they have always taken great care of me. In this instance after having multiple companies not being able to solve the problem. I recently built a townhome at Daybreak with Holmes Homes. The home is beautifully designed, and well-constructed. Conner F. from Holmes was fantastic to answer all my inquiries and kept all my requests. I visited the sites several time during cosntruction and everything looks good to me. There are few negative reviews on Holmes (which is common for most builders), so I hired a private inspector and the inspection results came out positive.
