Amazing coaches and members! They create such a great vibe especially if you’re into early morning workouts, there is no better way to start the day! Great music, workouts that go by super fast, and great coaches to help with form. Highly recommend, especially for those who need an outlet to fall in love (or back in love) with fitness again, this is the place! ❤️

Love F45 and love the F45 studio in Sandy! Always a great workout, by the end of the week I have worked out every muscle group. I can never push myself like this on my own, and I love having everything laid out for me and told exactly what to do and for how long. I don't have to make it up as I go, this is planned out every day and it absolutely works. I have been a member for 4 years now and have not only reached my goals but surpassed them!! Everyone is so nice, very welcoming and not intimidating, and all the trainers are amazing!! Would absolutely recommend to everyone!!!

I love this gym! It really is the best way to start my day! The gym is clean, the owners and coaches are awesome! Our community is the absolute best! I like that the workouts consist of weight days and cardio. Training with this crew helps me stay motivated and always wanting to come back! I feel healthier and stronger than I ever have!
