Extra Touch Cleaning, Shane was recommended by my realtor when I bought my home. Shane, the owner. personally comes each time, along with a co-worker, so I know that I am getting cleaning from a knowledgeable person who cares about maintaining an excellent reputation.
I have carpet and also a wool rug. Their prep includes hose guards on the walls, protection wand cleaning where carpet meets hard surfaces, spotting, and making sure all moveable pieces are cleared from carpet areas.
The entire work area is left spotless and carpets and rug are clean with water residue carefully removed.

I called Shane on a Sunday afternoon with a stain emergency. My young child had gotten into some permanent paint, and gone to town on a large section of carpet. Despite my quick action with some at-home cleaning solutions, there was blue and green paint stains still very much visible. Shane was able to come that same day to attend to the area. If he had waited till Monday, he was afraid the stain would set and be unresponsive to cleaning agents. He was professional, polite, and had great communication throughout.
