If you want a place that will go above and beyond for you, do everything they possibly can to meet your needs and make you feel like an important customer, computer hospital is that place. Steve’s a great guy who did everything he could to work with me and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

After a keyboard problem turned my laptop into a frustrating puzzle, with the letter 'T' playing hide and seek – sometimes vanishing, sometimes bombarding my screen like uninvited guests, or popping up unexpectedly after other letters as if it had a mind of its own – I realized I needed professional help. I suddenly couldn't use my laptop because of bitkey encryption was tripped and I couldn't find the codes to overrride it. Called and spoke to Steve who offered to fix it same day for a lot less and faster turn around time than others quoted me.I desperately needed my laptop fixed for work and Steve came through, wiped my laptop, and got me back working again. Highly recommend and will come back if necessary.
