We recently had a Napoleon gas fireplace installed. Our experience was fantastic from everyone, from Kevin in the showroom to Jeff, Tyler and Jamison. All of our questions were answered, each person brought a high level of knowledge about the product. Our installation was quick, Tyler and Jamison were courteous, professional and left our home neat and clean. Thank you for a fabulous experience. We are thrilled with our fireplace and know we will be warm and cozy come winter.

Friendly, prompt, quick! Quick to come for a diagnostic visit on my two fireplaces, a few weeks for parts to come in, then they were able to come out and get things fixed up ASAP so we are ready for winter by our fireplaces. Jason was personable and knowledgeable and he explained everything he was doing.

Went through comfort solutions to have gas fireplaces installed in our home, it was a big job and the Service was great, Colten, Coda, Tyler, Thank You! They did all the behind the scenes work, gas hook up, electric hookups, They made sure fireplaces were installed correctly, were helpful and answered all questions. showed us how the fireplaces worked, and stayed around to make sure they worked correctly.
