Rickie is the BEST!! She is very professional and spends a lot of time making sure you are satisfied with the outcome. I have blonde hair and this is the first time I have had actual eyebrows that I don't have to paint on. I absolutely love them! I highly recommend Brows By Design!!

She was okay...pretty unprofessional in her business practices. She cancelled on me the first time and then when we rescheduled she only put me down for a touch up which takes less time and basically told me that it was my fault. She doesn’t send appointment reminders which would be helpful on her part. She also left me hanging by myself for a long period of time while she was hanging out with her kids and eating upstairs, That was pretty frustrating. I am pretty happy with my brows, I think she does a good job at microblading.

I am so happy that I had my eyebrows microbladed by Ricky. I was super nervous about looking like a clown and hating them. They look so natural and beautiful. I have gotten a ton of compliments. Ricky is friendly, professional and awesome at what she does. Don’t hesitate!!
