I was originally satisfied with the work BeeGone Pest Control provided. I had a bad pigeon problem under my solar panels. I did not realize this until after I purchased the home and the build-up of pigeons had grown for years it seems. Taft, who is the owner I believe, did a great job of cleaning up all the debris and installing fencing around the solar panels. However, a few months after the installation, some of the fencing came off around some of the solar panels. I reached out and I was told it was under warranty because it was within the first year. I was originally satisfied with the work BeeGone Pest Control provided. I had a bad pigeon problem under my solar panels. I did not realize this until after I purchased the home and the build-up of pigeons had grown for years it seems. Taft, who is the owner I believe, did a great job of cleaning up all the debris and installing fencing around the solar panels. However, a few months after the installation, some of the fencing came off around some of the solar panels. I reached out and I was told it was under warranty because it was within the first year. He came out and looked at it and even rented a lift to get on the roof, but realized he would need a taller ladder for the job, which he said he was going to get and then return to fix the issue. That's the last time I ever heard from him. He avoided my calls, didn't return my messages and just totally ghosted me. The issue was never fixed, and I now have pigeons under my solar panel again, which means I'll have to pay someone else to probably come clean- and put-up new fencing again.

Taft, the owner, is very professional and helpful. Not only did he come back to our house after he sprayed the first time, but he had just lost a family member and quickly came by a 2nd time to re-spray because we had some elm bugs/beetles in our kitchen and bathrooms that were very stubborn and refused to vacate! All of our wasps outside have died or just chosen another residence to live at, thankfully. His 60 day guarantee is holding true to his word and it's been a few weeks now (3 or 4).
