Updating review with newest visit and clear change in direction. Last visit was a much better experience. More people in the office with faster turnaround. Only missing star for not sending prescription forcing me to go back
2 stars cause it was relatively quick. -3 stars cause the doc ignored my concerns about a short dose antibiotic that never cleared the infection.
Had to go to the VA ER where they put a patient on for 21 days of an antibiotic instead of 10. Congrats on making my infection more resistant to where I need a stronger antibiotic for even longer.

I was so grateful for the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Cannon and the staff at Alta View InstaCare. I had a face injury and they were prompt at getting me seen and I was very pleased with the care that I received! Much thanks to everyone that helped me!

Spent the normal amount of time in the waiting room and then back in the exam room so about 45 minutes total wait time between the two but that is to be expected.... the nurses and doctors on the team were very attentive all of them and listened closely as I explained the problem.. plus they handle the issue nicely and it is healing well
