Mark at Alta roofing was great in helping us replace our roof due to hail. He was a great guide in navigating the insurance process and very patient. Alta roof did a great job on the replacement. I would recommend Mark and Alta roofing to anyone.

This review is very well deserved. I had some wind damage, contacted a different roofing company, and my insurance and the claim was denied stating no damage. My insurance company even told me they would be canceling my homeowner's insurance because the roof is old. I contacted Mark with Alta roofing and he inspected and confirmed there was wind damage and he talked to my insurance company and we filed another claim. I put him down as the contact person for the claims department and he talked to them for 2 months, took pictures, did everything above and beyond the claims department asked for. Mark with Alta Roofing has been helpful and patient throughout the entire process and help ME be patient as well. We were able to get the roof done and it is amazing and we were able to get through the payment process. They were great to work with!
