We had some issues getting thing up and going, however Kim with Affiliate Solar was able to contact some one local to be here right away. Leif and Wes came out the next day and quickly resolved the issue. Everyone was very professional, Leif and Wes even took the time to explain to me what the issue was and that is was not anything major, just a software update. Affiliate solar has been great to work with!
Recently sat with Daniel from Affiliate. Currently with Sunnova and I hate it. Paying roughly $150 with Sunnova, on top of Edison. Daniel was so nice and informative, and showed me an ownership plan that is much cheaper than my Sunnova lease. Doesn’t cost me anything upfront to add their panels either. Also going to get my tax credits on Affiliate’s system since it’s ownership and not a cruddy lease like Sunnova. Truly has the customers best interest at heart. I was sold 15 minutes into the meeting. Very pleased with my experience and look forward to future business with Affiliate.
