The broker gave wrong information on a trailer, my driver went 90 miles got stopped by DOT, got fined and she had us return the trailer to shipper. She told us she would pay TONU and the fine. Then she changed her mind. Do not work with the brokerage side of this company. They do not care about the carriers.

A-1 Freight Systems is not the company we thought of them to be. We decided to move some freight for them, and as per their representative Ms. Cunningham the load was supposed to be ready by a specific time (10PM). We arrived at 9PM to be on time and they did not load us up until 1AM. They declined to pay any TONU, and as a result docked our pay lying on their Rate confirmation stating we picked up another load while delivering theirs which was completely fabricated.

My driver was forced to drive 5 hours overnight to a hotel near the drop off at 1AM when it should have been 10PM since Ms. Cunningham was adamant about the freight being ready by that time. The freight...read full review

Did a load for these ppl and they had me waiting 3 hrs to get loaded all for them to dock me when I arrival for being late.. i let them know what was going on and it didn’t matter to them they had a power tripping female trying to prove herself to the company instead of working with me.. do not book loads with these crooks they are foul and will try to do whatever they can to not pay you your pay .. STAY AWAYY!!! They cut corners on loads !!!
