Julya is the best! I have been going to her since she started hair school! The very first time I ever visited, I came home, my husband took one look and said " You are not allowed to let ANYONE ELSE touch your hair!" I have a very hard time picturing myself with anything other than my natural color, or red and over think EVERYTHING! With Julya, I show up, sit in the chair and say "I'm a blank canvas, do what you will." I'm always super happy! My hair was also SUPER damaged and breaking when I first went to her. She started me on a hair therapy, deep conditioned me, and healed my hair! The best part is, she REALLY cares about if you like it and will change or fix anything you desire!
