I've met with Dr Widmer who answered all my questions, took all the time needed to explain the problem, what to expect from an outcome, and what my recovery will be like. I feel very comfortable and confident moving forward with him doing my shoulder surgery.Update to post:I've had surgery now a few weeks ago. It went very well. I've had my first physical therapy appointment when the therapist took out my stitches and got me started on a PT routine and the surgeon's PA came to see me there for my follow up visit which was helpful and convenient in that it saved me the time of another appointment, as I've already missed enough time from work as it is. I have had the best experience recently when I received a reverse shoulder replacement! Dr Widmer was, from the first visit, friendly, knowledgeable, yet able to explain the procedure I was to have in a way I understood. His entire office staff was so caring. Luckily I did not suffer any pain, but if I had, there would have been great support from Dr Ben Widmer and his staff. Awesome Dr and staff!!

Never once did I have any doubt about the professional way his team worked together to make me whole again. I went to Dr. Widmer 12 years ago when I had an accident. He was great then so when I recently saw him for my shoulder replacement I already knew how great he was. Thank you so much and thanks to his great team. ?
