We had Officer Fleming help us with a stray cat. My friend was so worried about this cat and Officer Fleming reassured her and listened to her.I could not have asked for anything more. She is amazing, kind and professional!! Thank you Roy City for having this Officer on your staff.

Great response, Shannon Porter was the Animal Control Officer. She called me on her way to our house, arrived quickly and was most professional and caring in her approach, as well as successful in getting both dogs secure and back to their owners. We could tell she really cared.My wife and I recently had to euthanize our last Pug. Her name was/is Parta (AKC: "Parta R. Hearta"). She was 13 yrs & 4 mos old when she passed and was the last of several Pugs we had either rescued, or gotten as puppies, since 2003. we lost our baby and they were so fast and quick to take a report to post on Facebook and we had her back within a few hours...thank you seriously our family cant thank you enough!!!
