Started with a pants hem for a new suit that I needed two days later for a business trip. She had them ready the next day and the job was flawless. I had two shirts and a sweater that had come apart at the seams. Each garment looked like new and the repairs are commercial grade and completely undetectable.I also appreciate that she is aware of what she can and cannot do. I asked about dropping the collar on the suit coat and she directly said she doesn't do them.The quality of the work, communication about cost and turnaround time are all top notch. She is a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend her for any alteration needs!

She fixed up my backpack that had a giant gash in the top of it and now it looks so much better. She also fixed my $60 leather jacket and sewed it all up. She did a terrific job! I highly recommend going here to alter things, sew, and fix up.

Pamela is amazing, do not hesitate to have her sew your items! I ordered something online & sized up based off of the reviews, but when it got here it was true to size so it was two sizes too big for me! Just by chance I came across Pamela's information on Google. I called her on Thursday evening and asked her if she would possibly be able to help... only catch was I needed it in 3 days because I was going on vacation Monday :( she was so kind and told me that would be no problem to bring my outfit by on Friday afternoon and she would see what she could do!
