I initially had a locksmith come out on Sunday morning to open the door to my home. The tech was good, though slow (I was quoted a 4 hour wait, then waited for over 6 hours), and drilled out my lock. I was initially overcharged, so I recommend you get clarity on prices before you let them do any work. The local customer support is ok, but they needed me to pay with cash rather than a card or sending me an invoice online, but the national customer support is great,and they helped make things right with a partial refund, so I've increased my review from 1 to 3 stars. I used one of these self-serve, convenient and easy to use key making kiosks located in a Winco. My house key was quickly duplicated, taking less than 5 min and costing less than $10 bucks. While that may be a bit more than having a key made at a hardware store, it was worth the convenience of not having to go anywhere else outside of grocery shopping! My receipt was texted to me and my key works perfectly!
