Castle Creek Homes has been building high-quality homes with exceptional design for over 15 years. Their experience has allowed them to create functional floor plans that accommodate their clients' lifestyles. The company is known for its standard of excellence, customer service, and increasing quality of life. They are sincere and take their jobs seriously, and their standard products are high quality for a great price. They were very, very generous with upgrades for little or no cost and did not charge an arm and leg for customizing. The team is professional, personable, and easy to work with, making sure everything is done right. With a focus on customer satisfaction, Castle Creek Homes delivers a QUALITY, well-designed home, making them a highly recommended choice.
First time builder, everything was great until it came time for the blue tape. We did a blue tape appointment with a house that was still missing some major items. They had a week to complete the items marked with blue tape. Throughout the week we noticed more problems arise (cement bludge, stucco broken off, door seal ripped and more. They said “you will have priority” eveything didn’t get completed the day before closing. We had to extend it another week. That week, we were given the ultimatum of take the house if not, we will sell it. We were forced to close on a home that still had minor fixes. When I texted my agent and told him “I can’t believe we are closing on this home with the door seal hanging off.” His words were, “Sorry your frustrated, just put it in the warranty.” Unfortunately, that’s not the point. The point in walking into a 100% completed home. YOU ARE PAYING FOR and they ARE MAKING MONEY OFF OF. Words didn’t mean anything after that. If I can recommend anything….PUT IT IN WRITING. If you agent says something will happen this day, time, etc….PUT IT IN WRITING AND MAKE THEM SIGN IT, then you will know if it will really happen.
Tim Moss was our agent and was so helpful we lived out of town and kept us up to date on everything. Moved in on time and the warranty site is so awesome Bryce was our warranty go to guy and fixed everything that was needed and we live our house and they all so good to work with thank you so much.
