After a frustrating experience with another HVAC company that gave us the runaround for more than five weeks without installing our system, we decided to call Orange Mountain. They responded the same day and quickly got things moving. My parents had been without air conditioning all summer, and Orange Mountain came through when we needed them most. Their team was professional, genuinely cared about helping us, and delivered on their promises. The service department was outstanding, with excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process.

Called Orange Mountain knowing the heat is coming next week and my A/C was freezing up. When I called, he said he’d be right over as soon as he finished another job. He had me diagnosed and recharged in less than 30 minutes. Very fair pricing and fantastic service.

When no one would answer for two days, they did. I am a disabled Veteran and had no one to call. Oh, I called everyone but no one even answered. They were the only ones to answer. They might live 30 minutes away but they said they were on their way. My furnace turned off. I had no heat except for an old fireplace. He checked everything out and fixed my problem. These people are excellent and they will not abandon you. I was so worried but not any more. I would highly, highly recommend Orange Mountain Heating and A/C LLC to anyone.
