Last time I went in, I was looking for a hand cream. My hands were in bad shape, and quickly getting worse. I had spent literal hours online researching what ingredients and brands would be best to try. My initial selection, which I got from Amazon, was terrible. After days of use, no improvement.
So my wife and I went into this Ulta. Quickly, an employee noticed I might need help and came to talk to me about my options. They asked specific clarifying questions to understand my needs and what I'd tried so far.

Jaime at Ulta Beauty in South Jordan Utah is a wiz at handling situations . I bought a gift card on line and couldn’t get the link to work. She escalated my situation with knowledge and compassion. The whole staff here makes shopping decisions therapy
