I think the place is fantastic. I use the self-serve/manual bays to wash and the equipment has always worked well. The pressure is much better than other places I have been. The soap/brush/spray does great on bug removal (not the case at other places). The place is kept clean and the staff I have encountered are responsive and helpful. For me the value received has exceeded the cost. I would give more stars if available.
