My park manager gave me MHR's business card along with 2 others when she told me I had to replace my skirting. I'm SO happy I chose them. My relationship started with a phone call followed by a visit from Dee. We talked about what I needed, wanted, expected, and my willingness to use any existing materials to save me money. I wanted it reskirted and my rotting backdoor porch replaced. I asked her about her time in the business and she shared her timeline and her feelings about being a business owner. By then I knew I wanted MHR to do my job (I said relationship for a reason). We scheduled the job, Carlos and a helper came out and got the work done, and I was very satisfied. I had a few minor issues but chalked it up to me not doing a good job of asking the right questions. HERE'S WHAT EARNED THIS REVIEW A couple of days after completion, Dee called me for a follow-up and I told her that I was very satisfied with Carlos and the work he did. I told her I had a couple of items I wish I would have done a better job clarifying when we met. Dee asked me what they were and asked me if I would send her some pictures. The NEXT DAY Carlos was back and took care of everything I'd mentioned. THAT'S the way to do business. Service like that AND at a great price (as I learned from a neighbor who'd had their skirting done) makes me more than happy to leave this review for you to read. The whole experience was 5 STARS +. Thanks for all the hard work Carlos. Dee, THANKS for the way you run your business. I will recommend you whenever I get a chance. And it was great that Carlos lives in Ogden.
