As an introvert who knows I should exercise more and frequently starts workout plans, going to any gym has always been difficult for me. Other things are easy to prioritize and the crowd can be intimidating. I had tried hot yoga previously and while I enjoyed the exercise itself, the cost combined with a room full of people and an instructor was not for me. HotWorks turned out to be the perfect balance. I've only started going a couple of weeks ago. So far appointments are easily booked for the time I need. I feel really good after. Still trying to be able to do the Hot Yoga the way you are supposed to but that will come with time. I do see and feel a difference and I'm glad it's not a classroom setting because I would be totally embarrassed. Here it's one on one with a video instructor so I can do what I can do without feeling others are judging me for not doing it appropriately. Would recommend this to anyone.

I have been going to Hotworx since they opened, and there is no better workout in such a short amount of time! Also I mountain bike, and after a hard ride I will go to Hotworx, spin my legs out for 15 minutes and the soreness I usually get the next day is minimalized because of the infrared workout. Love the workouts, but love the way I feel the next day even more.
