“Did a great job. When the home was built, the roof trim was incorrectly installed without flashing and had degraded over the past 10 yrs of life. Plan was to replace it for longer life, but not enough room to add the flashing without major siding re-work. However, Kevin the project manager was able to have his team of Victor and Victor cut boards lengthwise just enough to add the flashing anyway. They also sealed up all the cracks in the siding from the past 10 yrs. And created a custom drainage/flashing solution for a problem area where the roof sloped into the side of a wall. Looks like new. The custom solution and flashing weren't in the bid, but RGS honored the original price. They made it like the house should have been done in the first place, when they could have just swapped the boards and been done with it. The whole team, Josh, Kevin, Victor, and Victor, all really, really well done!”
