“They came and did a good job cleaning our wood burning stove. It's a 2 story house with a basement, which is where the stove was. He got up on the roof in the middle of a blizzard. Our chimney is very tall, maybe 25-28 feet, but somehow they were able to clean the entire length of it.They put down tarps and used filtered suction equipment, which made for very little dust and no mess.“

I contacted Olympus on a Friday, they came out Saturday to give me a quote, and fixed it Monday. They provided detailed documents and pictures of what was wrong and what they fixed. He then took his time to come back, reinstall the screws and provide tips for cleaning not only leaves, but also shingle gravel to prevent this issue in the future.“
