“We have had a great experience! Emily Engh made my daughter feel very comfortable and kept her required drives positive. When my daughter stopped a bit abruptly Emily would say “weee!” like it was a ride haha. She didn’t give her a hard time, but was so helpful with constructive criticism so she could improve. She has fun, silly stickers to reenforce behaviors. My daughter was anxious going in but Emily handled it so well. A1 has been the right move for us, as the school instructor made many kids uncomfortable for a number of reasons. If you do A1 in the summer we have heard it’s quite busy so might be better to do during the school year. We have had zero issues with scheduling drives. The online lessons have been great and my daughter can do them at her own pace. Highly recommend A1 and specifically Emily!“

“Taking a road test can be anxiety inducing, and Amy struck the perfect balance of making me feel comfortable and calm while simultaneously testing me very fairly and objectively. She gave me just enough chatter to distract me from my nerves, but not enough to obstruct on my ability to focus or provide clear directions. She didn't mind my self-chatter while I was narrating what I was doing during each maneuver, so I didn't feel weird at all by speaking out loud through some of the things I was doing. She was kind, informative, and helpful on providing feedback around what I can do to be a better driver.

The vehicle I tested in was comfortable as well.

Lets start out with mark himself! He is such an incredible person! He always came with such a positive attitude and a smile on his face!
Now to the packet! The packet was definitely long but he made it so incredibly easy to watch the videos and fill in the blanks!
Now to the drives! My very first drive i only knew the basics backing up,signels,turns! I learned how to parallel park,up hill park,3 point turn, and much more!
I would recommend pierce driving to anyone! Its so nice to be a new driver and get the help you need to get your license!“
