We were going to another office for a couple years and the experience was entirely transactional. No real engagement, no recommendations for things to do to help our eyes. We switched office and have had an amazing and personal experience with every visit. I’m very impressed and satisfied with their care and service.
What an awesome experience today! I was warmly greeted the minute I arrived. The facility was immaculate and I appreciated their hygiene procedure (everyone washed their hands before their appointment). The equipment, technology and staff was very impressive. My appointment was with Dr. Jeffrey Western. He is absolutely fantastic! He took his time explaining and answering questions throughout my entire appointment; very knowledgeable and professional!
His personality is very pleasant, personable, and caring as well. I look forward to receiving my glasses in a few weeks, confident I have found my new eye care team.?
Great Office! I had a great experience. Cool technology. No need for eye dilating. Doctor was great and easy to talk with and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend this office. Thank you!
