I was so nervous coming here for the first time, but everyone was so kind! Ambry was the technician who helped me today and she was so funny and sweet! Dr.Boardman was my doctor today and he was incredibly welcoming and patient with me and my family. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my eye health to me! I can't say enough good things! Thank you for giving us the best experience!!
edit/ I didn't order my glasses from here also because I have a website I prefer and I was very glad I wasn't pressured to order from here either which is another plus for me :)!
I just had an appointment with Dr. Gibson and I cannot say enough good things. He was kind, informative, and truly took his time explaining everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
The girls who helped me pick out my frames were just as wonderful. They were patient, helpful, and made the whole process fun and easy instead of overwhelming. I don’t think I’ve ever received such amazing customer service at an eye appointment before.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I highly recommend them!
My experience was excellent. Everybody that I came in contact with answered all my questions. The doctor I went to was excellent had he answered all my questions and my experience was awesome.
