“This place is amazing! I brought them a car that was completely demolished by pet hair, and was extremely embarrassed coming in. The guy who checked me in was very nice and made sure to joke with me so I didn’t feel too embarrassed. He was very up front about what he could do because of the pet hair and what steps I would need to take in the future.
