I bought a second unit in my condo association and need to access a new account in order to pay my electric bill.Your representative explained how to accomplish this using the app in a couple of minutes. Her instruction were clear and understandable. She has a friendly manner and was an expert on your systems and processes.I was able to establish the new account in the app and turn on email billing and auto pay in 3 or 4 minutes.It was a great experience working with your organization.

New to Conservice and I was worried about sending a voided check in order to get auto pay, since my last check was given to the moving company! I called the company and asked to have auto pay NOW and the agent walked me through the process on my iPhone.She made it painless! Great customer service.

I am forced to use this company through American Homes 4 Rent (AH4R). This is a way to make money off of you. $10.49 each month to do nothing! Conservice has a habit in double billing utilities. This months bill they double my billing for electricity. They blame there provider- Duke Power. They refuse to let me speak with a manager or correct the bill. I was told they can’t make corrections. After speaking with AH4R I was told by both the same thing. They refer back and forth to one another. Even though I’m fully capable of having my own utilities I’m forced . If you have the option don’t use Conservice. I can’t wait to leave both of them.
