Everything was good. They got me in right away for my issue I had. They all are very professional and they make you feel welcome and I would recommend valley vision. The doctor,s and staff are excellent.
Really good experience. Dr. Graf took my experience seriously and was very helpful in explaining exactly what was going on with my vision and helping me choose frames. Some of the staff was also very helpful in adjusting my glasses for the perfect fit. I walked out the same day with my new glasses. As someone without vision insurance it was supringsly affordable and I was kept informed the entire time.
Only real complaint is the younger receptionist who rang up my glasses and brought them out to me was really snarky and impatient. Other than that, I highly recommend going here for any kind of eye care.
