I've worked with UTBS for the past 10 years and have loved every minute of it! UTBS has consistently invested in me to help me grow as a professional, whether it be through offering high quality CEU opportunities in my field or offering opportunities to attend national leadership training conferences. I have been an employee for 4 years in the Richfield office. I have never worked for a company like UTBS. I have never had the privilege of working under a boss/employer who is not only professional but who cares about each person under them and their individual growth. I have learned more about myself in the last 4 years working for UTBS then I have ever learned in any other job. UTBS isn't just a place I work, its home away from home. It is far from easy, far from simple and its the most complicated work I have ever done.
