I called Blake Heating & AC on a Friday morning to get service for a home AC unit that was acting up. They were busy, it was the height of a heat wave, but said they would try to work me in right away, as we had no AC. Within a couple of hours their tech called and came out to assess our problem. He had 2 jobs in our area and he worked back and forth between them (certain things required waiting, ie ice on the condenser, etc) all afternoon until at least 6 pm to see that everyone got their units fixed and back into service. I have used Blake electric for the last 8 years . They have never tried selling me products that weren't needed during their yearly maintenance services. They are knowledgeable and professional in all aspects.
