They had the screen for my phone in stock, and had my phone all done in an hour! The other places I checked had a 3 to 5 day part order time and cost about $50 more! I will definitely be going to uBreakiFix first, next time I need a phone repair.

Best experience I've had fixing a device. They understood my urgency about getting my phone back up and running and made it to where I didn't loose any data. Excellent. Definitely recommend!

Nice staff and knowledgeable, but they promoted their store as being able to repair the back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro on their website when in reality the store staff informed me they didn’t have the laser machine for my device at the appointment I scheduled 2 days in advance.I don’t think it’s fair to rate it 1 star because my problem wasn’t fixed, but they should seriously block out certain repairs if a shop cannot provide that repair, especially when they want you to make an appointment before you can even get a quote on the price.I will go to their other store that does have the right machine though as if the laser technique to repair as was stated is used,...read full review
