Our home caregiver has been wonderful. Synergy is sensitive to my parents wants and helps them live in their own home. We are grateful they work with our long term care insurance.
I used Synergy in Provo, Utah, and they were phenomenal. They got me the help I needed in a very short period of time allowing me to live the kind of life I want to live.
Lexie provided care for my sick kid and I absolutely gave her the option to just sit and watch tv with my kid but all I heard while I worked upstairs, was giggles! I came downstairs a few times for my breaks and she was side by side with my kid just super engaged in activities. The tv was never watched because they were having too much fun!! I felt super safe with her caring for my kid and I absolutely trust who will be sent for future care needs if this is the standard they hold.
