SYNERGY HomeCare is a caring and family-oriented business that goes above and beyond to support its clients. The owners and staff are dedicated to providing excellent service and are responsive to feedback. They have earned high praise for their training and commitment to quality care, making them a highly recommended choice for personal care aid help during difficult times.
Lexie provided care for my sick kid and I absolutely gave her the option to just sit and watch tv with my kid but all I heard while I worked upstairs, was giggles! I came downstairs a few times for my breaks and she was side by side with my kid just super engaged in activities. The tv was never watched because they were having too much fun!! I felt super safe with her caring for my kid and I absolutely trust who will be sent for future care needs if this is the standard they hold.
Synergy Home Health Care was there when I needed assistance taking care of my bedridden wife for four months until she passed away. Now that I am alone Synergy has stepped up again assisting me personally, with VA funding, to provide 36 hours per week Home Health Care , which has been such great help for me, and assuring my family I am well taken care of seven days each week. The three young men Synergy care providers are excellent self directed know how to get the job done without supervision from me, very kind and understanding individuals. I am very grateful for services provided by Synergy Home Health Care office personnel and care provider individuals.
